You can never start too early, right? We just got Roman's Baby Bjorn potty chair in the mail yesterday! I'm so excited to start using it! Before his nap this morning I plopped him on it to see what he'd do. He loved it! I plan on putting him on it every time I use the bathroom and when he gets up, or goes down, for naps. I'll probably be going through more diapers as a result, but if it gets us out of diapers sooner I think it'll be worth it!

Nice color choice! We have the BB that sits on the toilet. I loved it, but Ki insists on just the toilet now. :) (He just gets really bad ring butt!)

as far as weaning atticus, it went pretty smoothly. the first day i warmed up whole milk and put it in his bottle to get him used to the taste of it (we had also been giving him little sips of ours for a few weeks before to also get him used to the taste).
then the second day, we just decided to start doing real "meals" for him 4 times a day and gave him cold milk in a sippy cup with these. it took a few days for him to get used to it, but he's got the hang of it now!
we still give him warm whole milk in a bottle at bedtime...i figure i won't take away ALL his comfort at once!
